Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as "the Player", "you", or "your") and inn04 (hereinafter referred to as "inn04", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the inn04 online betting and casino platform, accessible at https://inn04.net and all associated sub-pages (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform").
By registering an account on the inn04 Platform, by accessing the Platform in any capacity, or by placing any bet or wager through the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand their content, and that you agree to be unconditionally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and must not attempt to register an account.
inn04 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time and without prior notice. Any such amendments will be effective immediately upon publication on the Platform. These Terms are written in English and shall be interpreted in English. In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between an English version and any translated or paraphrased version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail in all circumstances.
Eligibility and Age Restriction
The inn04 Platform is strictly intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, access any gambling or betting product, make a deposit, or claim any bonus or promotional offer on inn04. inn04 maintains a zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling.
2.1 Age Verification
By registering an account on inn04, you confirm and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration. inn04 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point during the lifecycle of your account. Acceptable proof of age documents include, but are not limited to: a valid national identity card (NID), a valid passport, or a valid driving licence issued by the Government of Bangladesh. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age within the period specified by inn04 will result in account suspension and the withholding of any funds pending verification.
2.2 Single Account Policy
Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on the inn04 Platform. Creating, or attempting to create, more than one account — whether in your own name or using another person's identity — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances held therein.
2.3 Geographic Eligibility
The inn04 Platform is operated for and directed at players located in Bangladesh. You confirm that your use of the Platform does not violate any applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction. inn04 makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or appropriate for use in any jurisdiction outside Bangladesh. Players accessing the Platform from outside Bangladesh do so at their own risk and entirely at their own legal responsibility.
2.4 Personal Use Only
The inn04 Platform is provided for personal recreational use only. Commercial use of the Platform — including but not limited to operating a betting agency, syndicating bets on behalf of third parties, or reselling access to the Platform — is strictly forbidden.
Account Registration and Management
To access the betting, casino, and gaming products available on inn04, you must complete the account registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as required by the registration form. inn04 relies on the information you provide at registration and at all subsequent points of contact for the purposes of identity verification, payment processing, and compliance.
3.1 Accuracy of Registration Information
You warrant that all information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact number, and email address — is accurate, truthful, and complete as of the date of submission. You further undertake to promptly update any information that changes after registration by contacting inn04 support at [email protected]. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
3.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your inn04 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances. inn04 will not be liable for any losses, financial or otherwise, arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security over your credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify inn04 support immediately at [email protected].
3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification
inn04 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all accounts, particularly prior to processing withdrawal requests above defined thresholds. KYC verification may require you to provide: a copy of a valid government-issued photo identity document; proof of your current residential address (such as a recent utility bill or bank statement dated within three months); and proof of ownership of the payment method used to make deposits (such as a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account confirming the registered mobile number matches your inn04 account details). inn04 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals or account activity until KYC verification is completed to our satisfaction.
3.4 Account Inactivity
An inn04 account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as inactive. inn04 reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to inactive accounts in accordance with our published fee schedule. Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the inn04 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). inn04 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies, and no currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals. The following provisions govern all deposit and withdrawal activity on the Platform.
4.1 Accepted Deposit Methods
inn04 currently accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing times are as displayed on the Platform at the time of deposit. inn04 reserves the right to add, remove, or modify available payment methods at any time.
4.2 Deposit Processing
Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your inn04 account balance instantly. Deposits via bank transfer may take longer to process depending on the policies of the issuing bank. inn04 is not liable for delays in deposit processing caused by third-party payment processors, mobile financial service providers, or banking institutions.
4.3 Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same payment method used to make the original deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect players from unauthorised withdrawal of their funds. inn04 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24–72 hours of submission, subject to KYC verification status and the policies of the receiving payment provider.
4.4 Responsible Use of Funds
You confirm that all funds deposited into your inn04 account are your own personal funds and do not originate from any illegal source, criminal activity, or financial instrument belonging to a third party. inn04 reserves the right to freeze and investigate any account where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent funding or money laundering activity. Any funds confirmed as deriving from illegal sources will be reported to the appropriate authorities and permanently forfeited.
Betting and Gaming Rules
All betting and gaming activity on inn04 is governed by these Terms and by the specific rules applicable to each product category, market, and game title. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and a product-specific rule, the product-specific rule shall take precedence with respect to that product only.
5.1 Bet Placement and Acceptance
A bet is not accepted until you receive an on-screen confirmation of the bet and a corresponding reference number. inn04 reserves the right to decline any bet, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason. Bets placed on markets that are subsequently found to contain a pricing error — including but not limited to obvious or palpable errors in odds — may be voided by inn04 at any time, regardless of whether the relevant event has concluded.
5.2 Cricket and Outright Markets
Cricket outright markets on inn04 — including Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and bilateral international series — are subject to the specific rules published on the relevant market page. Unless otherwise stated, outright bets are settled on the official result declared by the governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB) at the conclusion of the relevant competition. Abandoned, postponed, or incomplete tournaments will be settled in accordance with the rules stated on the market page; where no specific rule is stated, inn04 reserves the right to settle or void affected bets at its discretion.
5.3 Casino and Live Casino Games
All casino games available on inn04 — including live dealer tables provided by Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play Live — are governed by the rules of the individual game as displayed on screen during play. Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) and, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical actions of the dealer as recorded by live camera feed. inn04 accepts no responsibility for the actions of third-party game providers or for connectivity interruptions during live casino sessions.
5.4 Virtual Sports
Virtual sports results on inn04 are generated by certified RNG engines and are entirely independent of real-world sporting events. Results cannot be influenced by player action, system knowledge, or external data. Bets on virtual sports markets are final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled or amended after placement.
5.5 Technical Malfunctions
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or connectivity failure affecting the Platform during a betting or gaming session, inn04 reserves the right to void any affected bets or game rounds and to return staked amounts to the player's account balance. inn04 shall not be liable for any losses — real or theoretical — arising from technical malfunctions beyond the amount of the original stake.
Bonuses and Promotions
inn04 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, enhanced odds, cashback offers, reload bonuses, tournament prizes, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, as well as the general provisions set out in this section.
6.1 Wagering Requirements
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses credited to your inn04 account are subject to a wagering requirement before any bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry period will be stated in the promotion-specific terms. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds prior to satisfying the applicable wagering requirement will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
6.2 One Bonus Per Player
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each promotion is available once per player, per household, and per device. Players who create multiple accounts to claim the same promotion multiple times will have all associated accounts suspended and all bonus funds forfeited. inn04 uses device fingerprinting, IP address analysis, and payment method matching to detect multi-accounting for the purpose of bonus abuse.
6.3 Promotion Modifications
inn04 reserves the right to modify, suspend, withdraw, or extend any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has partially satisfied its wagering requirement, inn04 will use reasonable endeavours to honour the pro-rated portion of the promotion, but is not obligated to do so.
6.4 Seasonal and Cultural Promotions
inn04 may offer special promotional campaigns aligned with Bangladeshi cultural occasions including Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), Victory Day (16 December), and Independence Day (26 March). Such promotions are subject to the same general bonus terms set out in this section as well as any promotion-specific conditions published at the time of launch.
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the inn04 Platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended immediately, all balances forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable.
- Underage gambling: Accessing or using the Platform if you are under 18 years of age, or providing false age information during registration.
- Identity fraud: Registering using a false name, another person's identity documents, or a synthetic identity for any purpose.
- Multi-accounting: Maintaining or attempting to maintain more than one active account on the Platform.
- Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotions through multi-accounting, collusion, or any system designed to extract bonus value without genuine play intent.
- Match fixing and outcome manipulation: Placing bets with knowledge of fixed or manipulated outcomes, or acting in collusion with any participant in a sporting event on which a bet is placed.
- Arbitrage betting: Systematically exploiting pricing discrepancies between inn04 and other operators in a manner that constitutes arbitrage rather than genuine speculative wagering.
- Use of automated betting tools: Using bots, scripts, algorithms, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the Platform without the express written consent of inn04.
- Money laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, layer, or withdraw funds for the purpose of concealing their illegal origin.
- Chargebacks and payment fraud: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks against deposits or using stolen or unauthorised payment credentials to fund an account.
- System exploitation: Attempting to access, alter, or exploit the Platform's software, odds engine, RNG, or any other technical component through hacking, reverse engineering, or any other means.
Account Closure and Suspension
Either party may initiate the closure of a player's inn04 account, subject to the conditions set out in this section.
8.1 Player-Initiated Closure
You may request the closure of your inn04 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any outstanding wagering requirements attached to active bonuses will be forfeited. Your remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered withdrawal method following completion of any applicable identity verification steps. Account closure requests are typically processed within 5 business days.
8.2 inn04-Initiated Suspension or Closure
inn04 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: breach of any provision of these Terms; suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity; failure to complete KYC verification within a specified period; account inactivity in accordance with the inactivity policy; receipt of a self-exclusion request from the player; or any other circumstance in which inn04 determines that continued operation of the account poses a regulatory, reputational, or financial risk to inn04 or to the player.
8.3 Self-Exclusion
If you feel that gambling is negatively affecting your life, your finances, or your relationships, you may request a self-exclusion from the inn04 Platform. Self-exclusion requests can be submitted by contacting [email protected] and requesting temporary or permanent self-exclusion. Temporary self-exclusion periods are available in durations of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, and 12 months. Permanent self-exclusion is also available and cannot be reversed once applied. During any self-exclusion period, you must not attempt to open new accounts on the Platform. inn04 will use all reasonable technical means to enforce self-exclusion but cannot guarantee enforcement against all methods of access.
8.4 Funds Upon Closure
Where an account is closed by inn04 due to a breach of these Terms, any funds held in the account may be subject to forfeiture at inn04's discretion, particularly where those funds derive from fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered withdrawal method within a reasonable period following completion of any required verification.
